PC Training Institute Limited is now a National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) partner. The NSDC board has approved our proposal in its meeting held on 5 August 2014. We have a target to train and skill 54,270 people over 10 year period. Our targeted training sectors are as follows: (a) Transportation and Warehousing (b) Organized Retail (c) Food Processing (d) Real Estate Services Our Target trainee segment shall be School drop outs, undergraduate students and College pass outs depending on the sector targeted as well as employees of various organization for up-skilling. For the said project, we shall be working in Districts across the states of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. We shall be looking for targeting fresh candidates for training and skilling as well as employees of various organizations for upskilling.

PCTI Education Society (Road Safety Division) has jointly associated with Central Road Research Institute (CRRI) for understanding the validity of psychological tests i.e. the ability to predict driving performances and safety skills of goods vehicle drivers on the Indian Roads. This research study is aiming to identify the area of human errors which cause accidents and identifying suggestive measures which could help in increasing road safety.

PCTI has become Govt. approved Vocational Training Provider “PCTI has become Govt. approved Vocational Training Provider on date 26-04-2014. This is Government of India’s initiative to make the youth skilled in different vocations. More than 600 students are registered for Free VTP courses. PCTI is conducting classes in five programs like Tally, Core Java, Advance Java, Web designing and Soft skills. Students are very enthusiastic about Free VTP courses.”

“PCTI has successfully organized 4 days “Train the Trainer” program for Railway protection force trainers. 27 RPF Trainers from all over India attended 4 days training from 19/5/14 to 22/5/14. Closing Day program was attended by Director General Railway protection Force, Inspector General RPF and Director RPF. The training was very well received by the members of RPF.”
